Cool World was efficient and honest. Our A/C is old but well taken care of and just needed some repairs. We have had repairs twice before and have been told by other companies it can’t be fixed and/or overcharged for services. Cool World was totally straight with us. They came on-time, provided a reasonable estimate, fixed the problem and now have a loyal and happy customer. Thank you April and Steve!
